I love the legs up the wall stretch. I'm honestly not much for yoga but this is one simple stretch that makes me feel better, especially after a long run. I know that it's supposed to be good for your back and legs and it always helps with leg and foot cramps. Oiselle, one of my favorite running companies, has a post about Yoga For Dummy (Runners) with three stretches that I really like to do, and only take a few minutes out of your day.
