I'm starting a blog to talk about my first summer from college running, swimming, biking, and anything else. My goal is to adopt a new, healthier lifestyle.
I've always been a runner, but after a slew of injuries, I realized I needed to make a change if I wanted to continue a healthy lifestyle. I signed up for my first triathlon last summer, but my training was minimal. This summer, I'm taking it to a whole new level. I'll be documenting what I eat, when I work out, and possibly my work as a graphic designer, as well. I'll probably also talk about my love for tv and movies which fuels my life probably more than it should :)
